Do you have experience with increasing retention through a loyalty program and e-personalization? Would you like to do this on an international level within the gaming and e-commerce industry? Then we’ve got a great opportunity for you!

Your gaming field / Your position
As a Loyalty & Personalization Marketeer, you are responsible for the international roll-out and management of our new loyalty program. We have already prepared the basics for you with a brand new SaaS solution. The sooner you start, the greater your influence on the further design of this system. You’ll get the chance to build from scratch, because our loyalty program goes live in March. In addition to a successful rollout, your number one priority is to keep customers coming back and buying additional products. A Customer Data Platform is scheduled for later in 2022. You will also be the point of contact and the driving force here!

So what will you keep yourself busy with:

  • Implementing and expanding our new loyalty program in 20 countries

  • Developing a loyalty strategy aimed at increasing retention value and customer lifetime value

  • Coming up with fun campaigns that encourage customers to participate in our loyalty program

  • Interacting with our partners to arrange new and attractive rewards for our loyal customers

  • You’ll brief the content marketers so that they can get started with content and images for the loyalty program

  • Ensuring that all content is properly configured in the program and improved/ updated where necessary.

Your team players
You will become part of the marketing team, consisting of 17 colleagues divided into 4 sub-teams: acquisition, retention, content and data. You will of course end up in the retention team

From Eindhoven, we are active in 20 countries in Europe, Oceania, North America and the Middle East. We work directly with renowned brands such as Google, Apple, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Activision and Netflix. Our customers simply and securely buy a code with their favourite payment method, after which they receive it directly on their screen and by email. Job requirements

What do you bring into the game?

  • 2 – 5 years of work experience within loyalty or CRM, preferably at a B2C organisation

  • Experience with an online loyalty program and loyalty campaigns

  • Professional level of the English language, both written and oral.

  • You are commercially driven, a driven networker, proactive and analytically strong

What do we bring into the game?

  • A full-time job at Europe's largest online store for games and digital entertainment (36 hours is negotiable)

  • 50 top colleagues who are always up for a game in our game room or a game of table football

  • € 2.700 - € 3.200 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and relevant work experience

  • A 13th month in December

  • 25 vacation days on a full-time basis and the option to buy additional vacation days

  • Possibility of hybrid work: 2 fixed days p/w at the office, the rest is allowed from home
